Toby Foyeh & Ochestra Africa

In celebration of black history month Tech invited a special guest an African band called Toby Foyeh & Ochestra Africa. That night was great just to see what other cultures have. The group was from Congo or also known as Zaire. The group had a lead singer, drummer, bass, guitarist, and backup singers. I can remember when I got there they had on their traditional clothing and they were already rocking out the stage. The audience was enjoying themselves with food and drinks. It was great to see people I know including you Mr. Andy. As the night progressed they asked audience members to come up and start dancing the lead singer and one of the backup dancer s came off the stage and started to dance one of their culture dances. The audience seemed shy at first, but as the braves one went up there it helped everyone else chill out and have fun.
The food there was average food no cultural food. I can remember talking to the Bass player after the concert he told me about their CD. They are currently trying to put some of their unknown songs on iTunes. If you enjoyed the night with Toby and his amazing band I think you should also check out Koffi Olomide great artist.
